My Review
I read Gold Standard 100% Whey was a good product through Mens Health magazine so did a shopping search on google. I bought this product through http://www.fitness-superstore.co.uk for £41.
There is a great variety of flavours but i bought the chocolate flavour and it tasted brilliant but i have heard some of the other flavours are not so great. It also seemed to mix well when shaken which is good.
The large quantity lasted for a about a month with it being consumed once or twice a day. I felt and saw the gains within two weeks and was even better after the tub was finished, when used with hard training and a balanced diet it really is a top quality supplement.
I would recommend this product for beginner and advanced users.
