My Review
I have tried both the coconut and chocolate flavured Vantage Sport Ready To Shake(RTS) pre-measured bottles and thought they tasted great. Personally I preferred the coconut one which is a very original and delicious tasting shake to have.
It's virtually fat free with only 2.5g of carsb which is great for promoting lean muscle growth and recovery. It's also delactosed making it great for those of us with locatose intolerance. The RTS shakes are rich in L-Glutamine and BCAA's making it great in aiding recovery by providing the body with the nutrients it needs following a heard workout session.
I liked the fact that the bottles were pre-measured meaning I didn't have to worry about measuring my serving and finding a shaker to take to the gym, it was all there!
With the chocolate flavour, I struggled to mix it easily and had to add a bit more water than I was advised by the label which made it a bit more diluted, but still tasted fine. The only major downside to me is that it costs £1 per serving which over the long term would be pretty expensive.
