Happy new year guys!!
So it’s the start of 2012 and I am just about to start a 12 week bulking cycle (2 x 6 week programs), except I can’t right now, I have an exam coming up and am not sure I’ll be able to commit to the gym as much as I can. So the upcoming week won’t count 😀
At the moment I am using:
- Maximuscle Promax Extreme – 3 scoops per day mixed with skimmed milk
- Garnell Nutrition L-Glutamine – 10g (5g before, 5g after workout) per training day
- Garnell Nutrition Creatine – 10g (5g before, 5g after workout) per training day
This is the first time for me to be on a stack and I’ll be switching away from Maximuscle Promax Extreme to something more geared for bulking up.
Anyway, what are you on at the moment?.
