A protein rich yoghurt snack

high-protein-snacks-04-pg-fullTired of having the same protein shake every day? Well today we have an exciting new recipe which I saw a friend of mine try and tasted absolutely delicious! It’s a protein yoghurt snack which tasted heavenly. Enjoy, and let me know what you think 🙂

I used it with chocolate whey, but feel free to try it with other flavours and let me know how you find it 🙂

Ingredients
  1. Standard yoghurt
  2. Chocolate whey protein powder
  3. Honey
  4. Walnuts
Instructions
  1. Add four table spoons of standard yoghurt to a bowel
  2. Add in a scoop chocolate whey protein powder
  3. Mix the yoghurt and protein powder until they are all the same consistency
  4. Add a tablespoon of honey and mix it in until it disappears
  5. To finish off, add 4 walnut halves
  6. Enjoy
