Ingredients
- Standard yoghurt
- Chocolate whey protein powder
- Honey
- Walnuts
Instructions
- Add four table spoons of standard yoghurt to a bowel
- Add in a scoop chocolate whey protein powder
- Mix the yoghurt and protein powder until they are all the same consistency
- Add a tablespoon of honey and mix it in until it disappears
- To finish off, add 4 walnut halves
- Enjoy
