My Review
This amazing shake is something you can have anytime of the day. Formed of different types of proteins it provides you with slow releasing proteins and fast acting ones making it ideal for its purpose.
I've used this for for just over a month now and really enjoyed every scoop of it. I found it to be very high in calcium, prebiotics and fibre. I was taking three servings per day, 1 with breakfast, 2 after working out and 3 was before bed.
Overall, I would recommend this for anyone whom gets hungry during the day and wants something to snack on or a good protein blend to help maintain high dietary protein levels.
