My Review
Having tried a sample of Efectiv Sports Nutrition's AIM (which is a convenient acronym for Amino Injection Matrix) it mixed instantly upon shaking with 150ml of cold water! I had the Cherry Punch flavour. Although it didn't taste much like cherry, I have to admit that it did taste rather nice. The instantised BCAA delivery system will theoretically ensure optimal absorption of the BCAA's by the body making the most out of them. However, due to being only a sample, I am unable to comment on its long term effects.
Overall, a very good intra-workout/amino acid shake to have.
