My Review
For a period of two weeks, I used GoNutrition’s Amino Go. It’s a stimulant free intra-workout supplement. I used the 250g bag for roughly two weeks since it is designed to offer just over 10 servings. Due to the low number of servings and relative short period of use, it becomes very difficult to make any comments long term results; so in this review, I will be discussing aspects such as taste, mixability and immediate afterthoughts. Potential results due to composition will also be discussed.
The taste was rather refreshing and very strong. I used the “Cheery Bomb†flavour which tasted like cherries but isn’t my typical go-to flavour. However, I feel like I could get used to it.
Each 25g serving contained 10g of instant branched chain amino acids, as well as 3g of taurine, 3g glutamine, 2g of citrulline Malate and 500mg of Beta Alanine which is a combination designed to promote muscle growth and recovery.
When mixed with 200ml of water, it dissolves right away although there were at times some lumps remaining.
Overall, a theoretically effective amino acid intra-workout with an average taste.
