My Review
Having used MuscleTech's Amino Build for 3 weeks I decided to review it. I used it whilst on a bulking phase. I used it as an intra-workout drink instead of water, which is what I would normally drink.
Thus the gains acquired during that period would be difficult to credit to Amino Build, but I have no doubt it was a significant contributing factor, for it was the only source of amino acids for me during that period.
Starting with mixability, the powder for some reason had got "clumped up" which meant I had to break it a little by a spoon before mixing it. Mixing took a little longer to dissolve it, but surely enough it was all gone! Taste wise, I had the fruit punch flavour which I really enjoyed it.
The ingredients which are included within are mind blowing! The standard BCAA's combined with other amino acids, such as: Taurine, Betaine, L-Glutamine, L-Citrulline and L-Alanine make it perfect for building mass and aiding recovery!
As mentioned earlier, it is very difficult to attribute Amino Build solely for the gains acquired, but I am certain with an ingredient profile like so, it played a major role in both my recovery and mass gains.
In summary, if I am ever to start using intraworkout drinks regularly, I would most certainly be turning to MuscleTech's Amino Build!
