My Review
This was the first time I tried Optimum Nutrition’s L-Carnitine Shot which was a very exciting experience for me. However, for this review, I will be discussing aspects such as taste, contents and immediate afterthoughts.
This shot contains 3g of the amino acid L-Carnitine which aids in the process of fat transport. There is a lot of evidence out there regarding its effectiveness which we discussed in a “Supplement Guide†article. It also contains 21 calories, which is virtually nothing.
I tried the orange flavour which was a 60ml “shot†in an elegantly designed bottle. It was initially difficult to open but once it’s done once, it becomes easy. It tasted really good, with a distinct citrusy orange taste without any hints of artificial flavouring.
Overall, a very delicious product which is great to aid a lean transformation.
