My Review
I used Multipower’s BCAA+ for a period of roughly 4 weeks, taking 6 capsules per day. I was using it both before and after working out and on rest days I was spreading them throughout the day. I am unable to comment on any specific results attributed to Multipower’s BCAA+ due to being used in conjunction with other supplements. However; during the 4 week period, I gained 1.5kg of weight and was able to maintain my body fat percentage, suggesting they were lean gains.
The product is designed to provide the BCAA’s in the ratio of 2:1:1 which is great and complies with best evidence-based practice for promoting muscle gain and aiding recovery. It also includes an acid buffer designed to aid absorption as well as a collection of other amino acids and vitamins.
Unlike other BCAA tablets, these were coated in a special material which made them very easy to swallow without any of the chalky textures I was used to.
Overall, Multipower’s BCAA+ was an effective product which was very easy to swallow and contributed to positive changes.
