My Review
MyProtein BCAA Plus is probably one of my favourite supplements which I really noticed a difference whilst using. I would take 6 tablets per day. Three with my morning shake every day, on days I train I'd take the remaining three with my post-workout shake while on my rest day I would spread the reaming three throughout the day.
While I used MyProtein BCAA Plus I found that I grew a fair bit in size, the percentage increases over the 15 day period was much more than I would usually get over a 6 week period. I was lifting more than I would usually lift and my recovery has been at the best it has ever been. This is down to the high doses of BCAA's per tablet but also the their presence in the right ratios (2:1:1 of Leucine:Isoleucine:Valine.
In addition to all of the above, they are very reasonably priced, only £9.39 meaning each tablet costs just over 10p per tablet..hardly anything and it gets cheaper the more you buy!
My only problem with them was the fact that they were large, pretty hard to swallow when you first try them, but eventually after a couple of days I was able to take all three without even a drink to help move them down, so it's nothing major. Another thing I noticed was sometimes they had a slightly citric ting to their taste, but that's all there is in terms of negatives.
In summary, MyProtein BCAA Plus were great for my performance and I for sure will be back on them again!
