My Review
In terms of it's effectiveness it was good. Got a lot of water retention (side effect I suppose of creatine) and increased all my lifts (although once again this can't be attributed to Creatamax alone). Tasted foul and just didn't mix (even in boiling water). Also made me feel very ill (on the verge of vomming after taking it) when I was loading it. Still need to be convinced on the effectiveness of creatine in general though
