My Review

I think it helped me fall asleep a bit easier than normal, but what I noticed most is that even with fewer hours of sleep I felt rested and alert the next day. That's why I think it definitely gives you a deeper level of sleep. The first night I slept without using it before bed I felt sluggish the next day. It's super cheap online too.
