My Review
This product well its aminos really so wasn't expecting anything incredible. I have taken a full tub of this only on workout days and sipping it during my workouts (trying to limit muscle damage) and first off with the right amount of water it tastes lush, which is always a bonus. Secondly it mixed really easy because powder was so fine and a tiny scoop. Thirdly and most importantly was how effective it is and i think it was very effective in that I never ached whilst on it and now first back workout since I've been off it and ache. So because of this i give it a 10/10 considering its just aminos.
Also I managed to get hold of the 30 servings tub for £19 which is a bargain!
