Optimum Nutrition Oats & Whey Review

My Review
I used Optimum Nutrition's 100% Natural Oats & Whey for just over 6 weeks. This served to replace my standard breakfast of porridge and a protein shake. The idea of combing both is genius! I've tried an oats shake in the past but it didn't live up to the expectations. However, Optimum Nutrition's did! Not only did it taste great, had a smooth texture, it was also loaded with 24g of protein per serving along with the right amount of carbohydrates, fibre and fat, making it the perfect breakfast shake.
In terms of gains, it's difficult to attribute it to this alone since I've been using it as part of a bulking a stack. However, during the 6 weeks I noticed that I am significantly stronger and made some mass gains, approximately 3kg of what feels like lean mass. Regarding satiety, this was the same as standard Oats, whereby I didn't feel hungry at all until lunch time. So it was satisfying for about 6 hours or so, without feeling hungry!
Overall, this is by far the best oats & whey breakfast shake I had and am for sure going to be ordering it again! I can't imagine reverting back to normal oats!
