Felt the effects from the first day. I took a whole scoop instead of half as I am a fairly big guy and really felt it working. You have to cycle as I felt I built up a tolerance. It may also have less of an affect if you have a regular intake of caffeine.
Not really noticed any long term effects. Short term it has definitely allowed me to lift heavy and really push the extra reps when I want to.
The slight cons would be it doesn't really mix too well. You can feel tiny bits, but its not too bad. Also you have to time it before going to the gym and make sure you don't take it on an empty stomach. That is slightly annoying as I don't like eating before gym.
I am yet to see long term effects and any possible unwanted effects.
Overall a decent product and definitely recommend it to others.
