My Review
BSN Syntha 6 was the first supplement I used when I started my weights training program. With it I noticed that I was recovering a lot quicker. Within two weeks I noticed that I was starting to put on more lean weight around my body. My workouts involve all of the body muscle groups and since my primary target is to get more powerful and stronger so I wasn't expecting much in terms of significant size. Bearing that in mind, in 6 weeks of training I found that my weight has increased by 4%, my arm circumference has increased by 16%, my chest circumference has increased by 4%, my waist has decreased by 1% and both my quadriceps and calves have increased by 6% each. I have come back to Syntha 6 recently to try and help me gain lean mass since it's the most effective product I have come across so far. Each serving has approx 50% of premium whey, a sizeable amount of BCAAs but also around 30% of it is carbohydrates which I need to help me with my training and energy needs. I usually take two servings a day, one in the morning with breakfast and the second straight after training.
Having tried both Chocolate and Strawberry flavours I feel that I really enjoyed them both with water and milk as the mixer.
Despite being slightly expensive in comparison to other supplements which offer a higher percentage of whey per serving, I feel that it's effectiveness justifies the cost and I am very happy to have it.I found it a lot better than cheaper alternatives like Body Fortress Whey.
