My Review
I've tried both chocolate and strawberry flavours and they both taste AMAZING! They are the closest to a milkshake protein that I've tasted since starting to use supplements.
I can't say how effective it is as a shake because I haven't used it for long enough yet, but the ingredient make up of it is one that would support and maintain muscle growth.
It has 25g of premium quality naturally-derived whey and casein protein, rich in Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAA), Essential Amino Acids (EAA) and Glutamine. It is then coupled with an equal amount carbohydrate

Serving Info
1:1 Protein to Carbohydrate to maximise protein absorption by stimulating the release of the hormone insulin
5g BCAA (Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine) for building lean muscle tissue
5g Glutamine for muscle glycogen resynthesis and recovery
11g EAA, vital for muscle growth and repair since the body cannot produce them
I disagree, I thought the taste was very average and quite weak. Just tasted like milk with a small bit of flavouring in.
I’d go for a protein powder pouch over this every time, much more cost effective and you can create a much tastier protein drink.
I don’t know, I felt this creamy milky taste is what made it stand out for me. I can’t wait for it to be released as a tub as well, as they did with the recovery shake.
