My Review
I was kindly offered a sample of this product to test for Supplement Judge - and I loved it so much that I bought a whole 5kg tub of the stuff! This protein tastes seriously fantastic - I often mix a scoop of it with just a little water to eat as a dessert, but it mixes equally well with milk or water as a post-workout shake. The rich consistency makes it very filling and at only 129 calories per serving, it also works if you're on a diet.
It's definitely worth mentioning, however, that this great-tasting, great value protein is not necessarily perfect on it's own. As a post-workout shake I add glutamine and also pop a couple of BCAA's as well, because the product itself doesn't include any additional benefits aside from the massive protein hit.
That said, as a standard whey protein, you get a lot for your money. It works very well as a mid-afternoon snack to just amp up your protein intake for the day.

Great review. It is nice to see a protein that actually contains MCT oil, I currently add my own. The time that I do not have a spoon to measure, I tend to over do it. lol
