At 22.6g of protein per 30g serving this is definitely a great number to be reaching especially if you're looking to build muscle whilst putting on as little fat as possible.
I have been using Kinetica Whey Protein for 2 months now and it’s absolutely awesome. Within two weeks I noticed substantial increase in tone throughout my body. Most of all my abs and chest. Another positive of the supplement is that it improves recovery time nicely.
With the chocolate flavour, I struggled to mix it easily and had to add a bit more water than I was advised by the label which made it a bit more diluted, but still tasted fine.
Overall, great product which I really benefited from whilst cutting.
