Pharmafreak Protein Freak Review

My Review
I used Protein Freak as part of a Pharmafreak stack for approximately 6 weeks during a cutting phase. During that time I would take a scoop with breakfast and another after the workout. I had the chocolate flavoured protein and it tasted great, as you’ll see in the video review. It mixes really well with both water and milk. I used water as the base of my shaker to watch the calories. Mixes completely within a couple of seconds.
During that 6 week period I lost 3% in terms of body fat whilst increasing my total body weight by around 3kg. To me, that is a great result to obtain whilst on a cutting phase.
Within the packaging it comes in a resealable aluminium bag. At first I was sceptical of it, however, with time I found it be great maintaining the powders freshness and becoming easier to store as I went through it.
Overall, one of the best tasting whey proteins I ever had, not forgetting its effectiveness too!

Hands down an easy to mix protein shake, even without a blender! This shake helps to increase muscle growth and recovery both at the same time. There is no feeling of bloating after having this shake due to the low carb content. Taste is great even with not a lot of sugars being present in this product. The supply of branch chain amino acids and glutamine in each serving further enhance the products quality. Give it a try, whatever flavour you have you will enjoy the taste!
