My Review
I used Pro-Antium as part of a Ronnie Coleman Signature Series stack for approximately 6 weeks during a bulking phase. During that time I would take two scoops with breakfast and another two after the workout. I was working out a total of 5 times per week. I used the chocolate flavour, which tasted fantastic, as you’ll see in the video review. It mixes really well with both water and milk. I used milk as the base of my shake to maximise the calorie count. It mixes completely within a couple of seconds. The packaging is great in the sense that it’s easily stored and the re-sealable bag maintains a freshness of the whey.
During that 6 week period I lost 3% in terms of body fat whilst increasing my total body weight by around 3kg. To me, that is a great result to obtain whilst on a bulking phase in such short space of time.
Within the packaging it comes in a resealable aluminium bag. At first I was sceptical of it, however, with time I found it be great maintaining the powders freshness and becoming easier to store as I went through it.
Overall, one of the tastiest and most effective proteins I’ve used. Without a fail, Ronnie hasn’t let us down!
