With Kinetica 100% Recovery Orange/Mango I found that I am recovering quicker than normal. I was away from the gym for a while and normally I am aching the day after, however since starting using it I felt that my recovery rate was improving and that I am not feeling as tired immediately after the session either.
Furthermore, the Orange/Mango orange blend tastes amazing! So tropical! After it was drunk the problems usually started. It upset my stomach and I felt my stomach rumbling for a while with some time spent feeling sick. It needs a lot of water for it to mix properly too.
Only real downside is the price. Currently at £3 per serving it feels a little expensive.
Overall, based on the ingredients, scientifically it’s great for recovery, coupled with the fact that it tastes great I would personally be using it again!
