My Review
With PhD Recovery - 2:1 I really felt that I am recovering quicker than normal. I was away from the gym for a while and normally I am aching the day after, however since starting using it I felt that my recovery rate was improving and that I am not feeling as tired immediately after the session either.
However, taste wise, it's horrible.. I couldn't stand it. It seemed to be very fizzy and the flavour wasn't that easy on the mouth. Once it was downed, it upset my stomach and I felt my stomach rumbling for a while with some time spent feeling sick. It needs a lot of water for it to mix properly too.
Overall, based on the ingredients, scientifically it's great for recovery but I wouldn't personally use it again.
