My Review
I tried several SiS GO Isotonic Gels in orange, blackcurrant, pineapple and tropical flavours. First all this gel doesn't contain caffeine, so don't expect a buzz from it. However, it's sweet taste and high carbohydrate and sugar content made it perfect to fuel several tough workouts. First thing you'll notice is how authentic the flavour is. It's as close to the actual target as they get! It's generally soft and easy to swallow, however I did experience some clumps/hard bits in it! But no big deal. Great gel taste wise.
In terms of efficiency, I cannot begin to say how effective it was. I was a little apprehensive taking it at the end of a long day (12 hours) but I was able to perform during that session as well as I hoped. So I am putting that partially to the energy gel! Overall, a great supplement for that instant boost of energy! Well done SiS!
