My Review

I tried the Choc Orange flavour and found it VERY chewy. It was really hard to bit into. But once you started eating, I found it rather enjoyable. Add to that the fact that it contains 35 grams of Casein and Whey offering a great mix between fast releasing protein for immediate recovery and slow releasing protein for maintaining growth.

Only major downside is it costs over £2 per serving which for me is a bit cheap when a protein shake costs a mere fraction.
