My Review
The main reason I take this is that I'm a university student and my diet is quite varied
to say the least, and its best to take these tablets to ensure you are getting the right vitamins,
I was also advised to take these as i play a sport(rugby)and this has been quite bennfical to me.

Taken first tablet and my wee has turned dayglo green! Advise please.
Hey Phil,
I don’t think Super One Formula is the cause of the green urine. It’s most likely something you at..which is harmless. If it carries on, go see your GP!
Have a look at:
Blue or green urine can result from:
Dyes. Some brightly colored food dyes can cause green urine. Dyes used for some tests of kidney and bladder function can turn urine blue.
Medications. A number of medications produce blue or green urine, including amitriptyline, indomethacin (Indocin) and propofol (Diprivan).
Medical conditions. Familial hypercalcemia, a rare inherited disorder, is sometimes called blue diaper syndrome because children with the disorder have blue urine. Green urine sometimes occurs during urinary tract infections caused by pseudomonas bacteria.
From: http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/urine-color/DS01026/DSECTION=causes
But also at the different options at: http://www.urinecolors.com/green_urine_color.php
Don’t worry!
The Super One Formula is certainly the cause of your green urine. It causes your urine to turn a bright yellow or green colour. I believe this is down to the beta carotine but I could be mistaken. I take super one and have done for years, I find it very good and also get bright pee!
For beta carotine to change your urine colour you must be going well over the recommended dose! You know, I think I might actually check up with Holland and Barrett as to what’s up with that…
But yeah, I’d agree with Mike, after doing abit of reading, it’s nothing to worry about.
Super one formula is great if your daily diet is not balanced
with all vitamins and minerals the body needs. I have never experienced green urine, but my urine has changes to a brighter yellow.
Yes so did mine !!!
ive had a gastric bypass and need fabtastic vitamins… Super one do the job lovely. they’re the best ive come across but yes they do turn yr pee kinda glow in the dark lol, possibly the iodine in them.
[…] such as Myprotein’s Alpha Men and Holland and Barrett’s Super One Formula (as reviewed here) could potentially be the best supplement you could ever […]
I have taken Super One for years and the pee colour is totally normal 😉 The smell to 😉 If you read the back you can see that there is an overkill of vitamins in these pills! :p Of course it turns your pee yellow/green :p and it probably smells like shit to! Juuust like the pills 😉 Seriously, dont listen to some of these “I think I know everything without knowing shit” comments 😉 Just enjoy the yellow/green pee and gross smell, cause it meens the pills are doing their job, realeasing vitamins in to your system 😉 The reason for the colour is simply that your body disposes of everything it doesnt need, all the overflow if you will, and you pee it back out 😉
Not quite how I’d describe it but that does the job too.
Not long started taking Super One Formula, seems to be doing its job so far. Was tempeted to piss in a bottle and take it to a club since urine is glow in the dark like ha. Is the best time of the day to take it first thing in the morning along with breakfast is? could be a stupid question but i dont have a large breakfast !
An hour after taking one of these I discharged what I can only describe as Shrek’s piss. Works great though!
glad i read all these as just started taking them and my 1st pill turned mine glow in the dark yellow , will continue to take them again now .
Has this ever made any ones muscles hurt. It seen to be giving me severe pain and causing muscles to spasm.. this is my second time trying it and it us definetly causing this discomfort. Any help would be great ..
Not as far as I am aware to be honest. But if that is the case, I think you should probably stop it and see how you get on.
