My Review
I only used an 800g sample pack which was enough for 6 servings making it very difficult to make any comments long term results; so in this review, I will be discussing aspects such as taste, mixability and immediate afterthoughts. Potential results due to composition will also be discussed.
I tried the chocolate flavour which was rather enjoyable. It mixed right away with the recommended amount of cold water to produce this delicious creamy shake which I really enjoyed. No hints of any powders remained or any lumps.
The serving sizes are designed to be high in calories with an increased ratio of carbohydrates to protein, to try and promote weight gain in difficult gainers. MaxiNutrition’s Progain is also loaded with amino acids and essential fatty acids to help stimulate muscle building and weight gain.
So overall, a great tasting product which is theoretically designed to help those with difficulties gaining weight.
