My Review
I used MuscleTech’s Mass-Tech for roughly 6 weeks during a bulking phase. First of all, Mass-Tech served as a great all-in-one supplement to use whilst training to gain weight. I was using two scoops in the morning with a carbohydrate-heavy breakfast as well as two more post workout. During this 6 week period I gained 4kg of what seems like lean mass having held my body fat percentage at the same amount. This was achieved in combination with an increase in calories consumed and a shift to lifting heavier weights for less repetitions.
I used the chocolate flavour which taste really good. At times it would take a little longer to fully mix but it always mixed thoroughly without leaving any clumps, powdery tastes or foam to produce a chocolatey flavoured shake which was always a pleasure to drink. Especially served cold with some crushed ice!
So overall, MuscleTech’s Mass-Tech is a highly effective cost efficient all-in-one mass gainer that tastes great and delivers great results.
