My Review
I only tried a sample of this, so can't comment on the long-term effectiveness; judging by the macros though, it's a good ratio and I can't see it not being effective. I also liked the flax seed content. You can taste them but it's not overpowering.
I mixed it at the same ratio I mix my usual mass gainer and this came out a lot thinner (nothing to worry about really), but with quite a few lumps. Not big lumps because I hadn't mixed it, small rock-like lumps that seem to have formed in the package. Using a blender would get rid of these but I don't really want to have to do this.
I tried the chocolate silk flavour. It's rather too sweet for my taste, but having said that many gainers/isolates are. I wouldn't say this is any sweeter than a normal shake. Just something to watch out for if you don't have a sweet-tooth.
