Optimum Nutrition Enteric Coated Fish Oil Softgels Review

My Review
I used Optimum Nutrition's cnteric coated fish oil softgels for nearly two months as a supplement that "supports healthy heart function, joint flexibility, and cell production". These parameters are very hard to monitor and review. As a fish oil, each softgel is packed with 1g of fish oils, of which, 300mg is total Omega-3 fatty acids with a respectable ratio of EPA:DHA. During heavy lifts, I am certain that they played a role in preventing joint damage, although long term effects are yet to be seen. As a tablet, there are the generic softgels and also the enteric coated softgels which help prevent "fishy burps". They are small enough to swallow without any problems. Regarding costings, a 100 softgel container is priced rather modestly and is very competitive against other similar products. Overall, I'll be using ON's EC coated fish oils as a health supplement for protecting my joints primarily but also hope to benefit from the effects of fish oils.
